Just over a month ago I posted about the newly launched Benefit Boi-ing Airbrush Concealer and the Benefit Cosmetics Concealers re-brand (you can read that post here). Ever since, I’ve been giving the Airbrush Concealer a good old test so I thought it would be useful to share my thoughts on the blog today….

The Benefit Boi-ing Airbrush Concealer comes in a little round tub and is available in 3 different shades (No.1 – light, 2 – light-medium and 3 – medium). I have No.1 as shown in the swatch pic above and it’s the perfect shade for the fair skin on my face.
This concealer is designed to blur, smooth and conceal and is said to be like a ‘real-life retouch’. I’ve mainly been using it under my eyes to even out dark circles but some days I’ve used it to hide blemishes too. I usually apply the product with my fingers, making sure I lightly pat it on. In terms of coverage I would say it’s light to medium and you can build it up, depending on how much you decide to apply.
I normally use highlighting concealers under my eyes such as YSL Touche Eclat or L’Oreal Lumi Magique Concealer. Although I find they work quite well the results tend to be incredibly sheer (they are only highlighters after all). However, I’ve always found cream based concealers to be far too heavy. They seem to cake and crease in the lines under my eyes.
Then along came this Airbrush Concealer which is so lightweight that it’s filled the missing gap! I absolutely adore this product and have been using it every single day. The fact that it’s a bit of an all-rounder and can be applied anywhere on my face or body if needed is an added bonus too.
Have you tried the new Airbrush Concealer yet? If so, what did you think?
