I love nail polish, especially pink colours, so this product is right up my street. Lola has paired up with Birchbox to create this limited edition shade, making it that little it more special. I’m really looking forward to painting my nails with this. It’ll be perfect on my toes, teamed up with some cute summer sandals.
I always make sure I take vitamins, so it’s a real bonus that these are included in the box. There’s a 28 day supply of capsules, which are made up of a special blend, that’s said to help with metabolism and overall health. Sounds good to me!
Like most of the products in this box, Percy & Reed are a brand that I’ve never tried. My hair is very fine, so anything that gives extra volume is more than welcome in my collection of hair products. Apparently this tames hair, without weighing it down. Bring it on!
This is a two in one foaming face wash that doubles up as an exfoliator. It’s oil-free, and is said to be for all skin types. Ingredients include chamomile, milk thistle, rose hip extract, and passion flower. I like to use a face wash as a pre-cleanser, so I’ll keep you posted with how I get on.
Laura Mercier | Kohl Eye Pencil | Black Violet | 0.8g | RRP £17.50 | Link
Birchbox are giving their subscribers an extra product from Laura Mercier this month, and you can choose either a foundation primer, mascara, or a kohl eyeliner. I received the eye pencil, and it’s absolutely stunning, and really pigmented. The product itself is super soft, and glides on my skin like a dream. It’s really long lasting too. I’m going to be using this every day now!
I’m really impressed with my first ever Birchbox, and I can honestly say there isn’t one product here that I’m not going to get use out of. Pretty good, considering everything inside was a total surprise. It’s brilliant how all of these products are from high end brands too. It seems like a great way of trying out new goods, without shelling out for something you might not like.
