Twinings Salted Caramel Green Tea: Waitrose
Damn you Health & Fitness Friday. It seems like I only have to blink and it’s that time again. Luckily things are looking up and doing a little bit of exercise is starting to pay off. I’ve always thought that weightloss results show a week behind and think today’s results might prove my case….
Weightloss goal: 18lb
Weightloss this week: 1lb
Weightloss total: 0lb (was 3lb)
Average hours sleep per night: 8
Exercise: Cleaning my house ~ 4 hrs, and a walk on the beach ~ 45 mins.
Cheat days: 4 ~ I went to the Harvester, ate pizza, had a Chinese takeaway, indulged in Galaxy Golden Eggs, apple pie with custard and dark chocolate.
Favourite meal: Toby Carvery. I managed to have this without cheating. Yay!
Observations: Exercise pays off. I haven’t exactly been good this week, but my weight has dropped. I’ve always find I lose weight quickly doing the tiniest amount of exercise. It’s such a shame I’m so demotivated when it comes to fitness!
Rewards: Getting my hair done.
I feel like I’m slowly getting back on track with the whole health & fitness thing. Thank goodness for that, because last Friday I was scared I was going to have to cancel this series! Next week I’m going to try really hard to cut down the cheat days and up the amount of exercise I’m doing. Watch this space!
